We were planning to go see some fireworks tonight and took along the tripods to do some long exposures, something I hadn’t done since 2006. But we got there late and couldn’t park so came back home a little dejected (though with the knowledge that there’s still the weekend to come). Rather than let the evening fade we broke out the tripods anyway and did some light painting, again something I hadn’t done since 2006. 2006 was a good year.
