We started filming our Film Dash film in Digbeth at about 11am this morning. The war movie idea has been abandoned and replaced with “Little Robot Lost In Digbeth” comprising of shots of the robot by Rill with a normal camera and shots from the robot’s POV by me with the TTV machine. There’s also a love subplot which was directed by Danny. And a bunch of other scenes.

Coming next, an hour or so of night shooting before Matt’s leaving party (yes, we’re doing a party in the middle of this) then Rill edits everything into a narrative or sorts before giving it to me to compose the robot’s dialogue using the Thingamagoop. Then we package it all together and deliver it to Chris by 7pm Sunday.
I think we’re on target…
