In keeping with the spirit of this I've not even attempted to google Eddie Campbell. I haven't read a comic since some Batman stuff (Dark Knight ones? - can't recall) in the late 80s/early 90s. As a young teenager I collected Peanuts books but quickly grew out of that. Since then I have defiantly walked past Nostalgia and Comics on Smallbrook Queensway in order to get to Richer Sounds and have never once been tempted to go inside. Yet I felt an immediate pull on seeing this. Given how crap I am at reading novels (about two a year max) maybe I should give comic novels a chance. So yes, why not. If, by the time I've finished typing this, I'm still the second commenter then go ahead - I'll have it.

1) I have never heard of Eddie Campbell before now. If forced to guess I would have said "Erm... F1 driver?"

2) The only printed comic I've ever read outside of Garfield and Snoopy is 'Maus'. It's safe to say that 'to Russ' is not somewhere it would normally go.

I can has broadening of horizons?
