In a way, this is kind of like my idea for the &lt;a href=&quot;http://musicthinktank.com&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;Music Think Tank&lt;/a&gt; - only substitute West Midlands for Music Industry. So far, it&#039;s just a blog - but the idea is that it will grow to become a more organic Brains Trust like the one you suggest. 

If you like, I can test the water over the next few weeks and see how that shapes up - and then we can just steal all the best bits for the W.Mids Digital Brains Trust.</description>
