Couldn&#039;t you create a b&#039;ham twitter account and feed any @bhamtwitter messages somewhere? although folks would have to sign up to follow the account and it wouldn&#039;t be the ambience you&#039;re after I guess.. plus there&#039;s possibly stuff around already that does this..
