Chicken Soup is rather remarkable. Especially when combined with the restorative powers of DISCO!!!
More tips are welcome. I seriously need to start kicking this now and my diet has reached a nadir.
Also remember it takes a hell of a lot of effort to make toast right now.

Other veg soup is better than chicken.
1. Boil a few cut up potatoes in some stock (the powdered orhanic Kallo is good) and when they’re done, add a whole head (or bag) of watercress, remove from the heat, blitz and season. Neat Vitamin C.
You can do the same thing with any greens, but the peppery watercress flavour is good when you feel ick, and it’s cheap. But try it with parsley in it too.
2. Rough chop some fresh ginger root, about 2″ or more, and 4 or 5 cloves of garlic. Add some (any) coloured bell pepper strips, and saute lightly in oil. Add stock/water and blitz. Add some soy or tamarind sauce, a few big dollops of it, melt in a half tsp of chinese spice powder and a couple of fresh chillies, and finish off with a couple of rounds of soaked fine noodles.
Your house mates will go and get the shopping in, right?
