Ooh, got the writers block again. Keep writing long paragraphs of nonsense, realising they’re nonsense and deleting them.

Actually, I could do with some advice on what to do on Saturday. Una Corda are (probably) recording a track in our living room and while that’ll be entertaining for an hour or so it’ll probably get tired rather quickly. Unfortunately there ain’t nothing going on on my events horizon. Any tips for 2pm onwards?
(Given that we have no neighbours this is surprisingly viable, as long as there isn’t a Carillon recital.)

You could always come to Coventry and see Mercury Rev + lots of other bands…http://www.godivafestival.co.uk/index.asp?page=27
Discovered this evening there’s a church fete thingy in Stirchley on Saturday, so my weekend is sorted!
(And Una Corda aren’t recording in the livingroom after all)
if you’re still looking for things to do there’s the Godiva Festival in coventry as Karen has already said, or the Birmingham Jazz Festival http://www.bigbearmusic.com There’s also the West Midlands Police Open Day at the Police Training Centre on Pershore Rd or Eid Mela at Millenium Point.
btw love the Raddlebarn pic, contrasts with a story in Fridays eve mail saying students leaving for the summer had made a right mess of the area.
