Some of you might be waiting in anticipation for the latest installment of Pete’s Temping Life. I’m sorry to say you won’t be getting one for a while, if ever. I’ve decided to apply for the job I’m currently covering on a permanent basis, which means, if I get it, no more agency work, which means no more writing about the jobs. It’s a little hard to explain but it just doesn’t seem right revealing stuff about a job I actually have an investment in. So, unless I fail in this application, here endeth the Agency Worker Diaries. Gosh!

This is the personal blog and main internet hub-thing for Pete Ashton. What you'll find here is a seemingly random collection of stuff I want to talk about and share. If you want to know where I'm coming from you'd do worse that check the about page.

Some blogs I like

Its the thin end of the wedge… before you know it you’ll be wearing a tie to work and climbing the corporate ladder :p LOL
Ooh err, and we’ll be left wondering what could tempt you from the life of resolute irresoluteness: do you get to choose your own hours? Are the perks that good? Are you getting paid to write a book, perhaps?
Whatever it is, good going, I hope it’s the best job you’ll ever have.
Good luck mate. i hope it works out.
Don’t wear a tie if you help it – ties do something to constrict blood to the brain and make us peons obedient workers!
