I meant to mark this but never got around to doing so, so here goes.
A couple of weeks ago I attained the age of 33.333333 years. I am now a third of the way to a hundred.
Which of course means nothing, but I thought it worth mentioning.

In June 2000 I started blogging at peteashton.com and 10 years later in June 2010 I decided to stop. Blogging here, that is. I started a clean slate over on I Am Pete Ashton and maintain all manner of other web presences which are all listed here along with my contact details.

It also means you passed the 33 1/3 rpm spun by the vinyl albums of yore, (thought I’d better to explain that for all your younger readers, those of 25 or younger). I know it shouldn’t matter but it did to me, and Bill Drummond named his book 45 in recognition of the fact his age tallied with the rpm of vinyl singles. (A fine book it is, too).
I’ll be passing that milestone around July 19th this year.
