I’m a good landlady. But of course I would say that. It’s got all mod cons, and it’s plainly decorated throughout with laminate floors in the hall, bathroom and kitchen and nice pale cream carpets everywhere else. It has a large garage and a balcony and the neighbours are lovely. There’s a small back garden to share, and it’s right between Moseley village and Kings Heath High St. Great location. And as you know, it’s all about location.
I’m having to sell because my ma is ill and I’m living in Durham now. The flat’s priced to sell because to be quite frank, I could do with the money. Anything else, please mail me.
