That'll be because I changed the URL in the Welcome Guardian Readers post (I found an archive page with my blog on it). An RSS reader compares the most recently grabbed feed with the previously grabbed one and compares them for differences, no matter how slight, hence the Guardian post being displayed as new. Since RSS readers check feed at most every hour there's a delay between something appearing here and appearing in your reader. This post should be appearing in your reader any minute now...

Instead of this article, your RSS feed put up the 'Welcome, Guardian Readers' article again - unless of course it's a problem with my reader (I'm using rawdog now instead of lj's friends page).

I like the name of the film, however, it does sound like an episode of the Sweeney, guv. :)
